1. Overview
At Techraj, we aim to provide seamless and instant digital service experiences. Due to the nature of digital products (such as virtual top-ups, gift cards, and online services), we enforce a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in specific cases of technical failure directly caused by us.
2. Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following products are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Gift Cards (Google Play, iTunes, Xbox, etc.)
- Game Diamonds or In-Game Currency (Free Fire, PUBG, etc.)
- Virtual Cards (VCCs), account verifications, or payment services
- Digital codes or instant-delivery items
- Any service already marked as “Delivered” or “Processed”
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be issued only under these conditions:
- Duplicate payment: Accidental double payments may be refunded upon request and confirmation
- Non-delivery: If a product or service was not delivered within the promised timeframe AND the issue was caused by Techraj, not by the user or a third party
- Failed transactions: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a system or technical error on our part
All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof (e.g., screenshots, transaction IDs).

Per Day Refund Charge: 10+ 1%
4. Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The digital product was successfully delivered
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You attempted to use a delivered product and it failed due to user-side error
- Refunds are requested after the 24-hour grace period
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting our support will result in:
- Immediate termination of your account
- Blacklisting from future purchases
- Legal action if necessary
We strongly encourage you to contact support first to resolve any issue professionally.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or Techraj wallet, depending on the case
